Objective: To improve the capacity of leadership through analysis and comprehension. Through procedures and tools right from theater expression, the famous "form-actor" proposes a series of meditations on the role of bosses, managerial theory and the Italian company reality.

Is leading others a question of technique or charm?

Is a leader especially one who influences others or understands before others where the group wants to be?

What is the relationship between authority and authoritative?

Can they exist in the same person and at the same moment?

How can you manage the boss?

These are some of the themes that will be dealt with during the "performance": an opportunity to reflect on the mechanisms that each one of us lives daily, without having to feel defensive, but rather comfortable with good laughter.
