What are the choices to operate and which activities should you privilege in the planning of pool activity?

Analyzing emerging activity in pools, the ability consists in tailoring an adequate “plan” to the context and target which the club caters to, with the objective of avoiding “dead time”, and assuring services that respond to clients and making the aquatic environment a profitable area.
