Responsibility: risks for managers of fitness centers and instructors

The intervention, after an introduction to the general character of the various forms of responsibility connected to the management of a fitness center, some aspects will be examined in depth.
Confronted will be the theme on sanitary certification obligated or not for access to the gym, the responsibility of theft inside the locker rooms, the risks connected to the activity of instructors, both “free-lance” and those with economic agreements to the club, the problems tied to the organization of events.
The session will conclude with hints on insurance questions with particular reference to the suppression of the Sport-tax.
