Vice-president  of the National Association of swimming technique (ANATEN).

He’s national FIN/SIT professor, manager of facilities and organizer of sport events. Specialized in the management of pools (he managers 6 public facilities in three different regions), he’s also consultant of several natatorium centers.

He collaborates with magazines in the water sector.
