Paolo Grosso

Degree in Motor Science with a specialization in Management of sport. He began as a personal trainer and technical director; following this he worked with the formation and consultation of fitness centers.

In 2003 he joined Fitness first  Italy where he held the role of National Director of the Technical Sector.

Since 2005, with the company FIT@HOME srl, he develops models of management in personal training service.
