Senior business trainer in the area of Management Education, he's specialized in organizational psycho-socio-drama.

Contract professor at the Faculty of Science at the Formation of Bologna regarding themes on organizational behavior and interpersonal communication, professor at the University and Business school, he also directs a permanent theater laboratory in public speaking.

He's an expert, in particular, in the creation and conduct of formative projects in support of individual change and community. Author of numerous publications on the subjects of economy and management.
