Gerardo Ruberto Gerardo Ruberto

He has been present in the fitness world for more than 30 years, first as an athlete in weight lifting (4 times the Italian champion), successively as an instructor in body building working at some of the best centers in Milan.

He's worked in the managerial area as gym and technical director, a role he's had for 12 years. He's worked with the YMCA of San Diego.

He's the inventor of the Smiling Coach System and is specialized in quality systems. He is also consultant for the formation and management of human resources.
