The author,  Roberto Tiby, will illustrate the contents and the various ways of using this educational tool that gave birth to the multi-media section of Editrice Il Campo.

The dvd that will be presented isn’t just a simple video course on CRM strategies, but a tool that was re-thought and re-designed on the basis of audio-video recording carried out live, for educational use that is a lot more innovative and useful, “mixing” the most diffused ways of learning (watching, listening, printing, reading, navigating…), in an original version, utilizing however a universal format (PDF).
